I read a book when I was a kid, 10 Kids, No Pets (they then had an 11th child). Their names were alphabetical, and numbered. Abigail was the 1st A name, Bainbridge was the 2nd B name etc...It IS a method, but I wouldn't suggest it, or you'll end up with this random ensemble:
Abigail, Bainbridge, Calandra, Dagwood, Eberhard, Faustine, Gardenia, Hannah, Ira, Janthina & Keenan
If I did this with my baby book, I would have
Abarrane, Bainbridge & Cadell - whew!
