Spider, Man!

ok, I saw the BIGGEST spider I have ever seen in person yesterday. I snapped this pic on my phone, but it looks disappointingly small - I don't know how to control the zoom on the phone, and although I was close to it, it showed in the viewfinder like I was far away. Anyway, his body alone was about 1.5 inches long (that's BIG for a spider, right?!), and his legs and all made him span about 4 inches or so I'd guess. Incredible. Incredibly gross.

By the time we got the camera out in the water, he was pretty much "done". But he had been kicking (he says gick for kick) away like a little egg beater for about 30 minutes!

Heart Songs

Before Brian got his Droid, he had a "regular phone"...with a special ringtone. It was one of his favourite songs at the time...Third Day, Cry Out to Jesus. It is no exaggeration to say that Brian's phone rings an average of 60 times a day, 7 days a week. Seriously! Well, needless to say, everyone who knew Brian was completely sick of hearing that song!

How quick memories fade! It's been about 2 years since that ringtone bit the dust, and I was thinking of that song...and I couldn't remember how it went! I never thought I'd be saying that!

It seems that after a decent break I am ready to appreciate the song again.

Lets compare my brother Davis, with both Brooks and Grey...3 years apart!

Brooks was 14 months old at Brent's wedding, and Grey was 15 months old at Logan's wedding.

They are both wearing exactly the same little suit. And both hanging out with one of their {7} favourite uncles!

In conclusion. Davis looks exactly the same. Brooks and Grey, although similar in size, look like brothers, but not really "alike" in my opinion anyway.
