Ireland - City Cork

They have counties and cities by the same name in Ireland - so you have to say County Cork or City Cork - So Kinsale (and Blarney, and Cashel etc) are in County Cork - but Kinsale is not far from City Cork, so we did that for dinner.

Every single one of the kids had a meltdown looking at how this pizza was cut, and I never even noticed. LOL. That's the Brian in them for sure.

Met our first of many Canadians here - she's lived in Cork for 5 years now, and spotted me because of my Canadian accent - when she asked where we were from, I said Virginia Beach, Virginia - and she said "oh, I thought I had a fellow Canadian here", haha!! Well, then I had to backtrack and go into it a little. But also - I don't sound THAT Canadian, do I? We all must have a homing beacon for each other or something because we met SO MANY Canadians - almost no Americans, and then heard plenty of Germans and a few French, and Russians/some kind of Slavic country/language.

We tried to go in, but they were closing in 3mins. Looked exactly like the T*J* Maxx we'd expect though. Lidl and Aldi were abundant, and we shopped for a few things there (car snacks)

Posted up in City Cork. File that under "things you would never see in America"

Cork was the dirtiest big city we were in, and I wouldn't go again - We skipped out on seeing Charles Fort and eating in Kinsale for this, and I wish we hadn't, actually.
