This is the first Easter we've spent with my family since 2003! Crazy right?! They moved out west right after we got married in June '03, and it's never worked out to be there all together for Easter until now.
A little family info for those reading who have a hard time keeping it straight...I am the oldest of 11 children. There are now 7 of us married, and the 11th grandchild will be born in June. So that is A LOT of people, and A LOT of commotion:-) {Every member of the family traveled in to Saskatchewan for the Kaden's wedding, except for Lauryn's family}
Easter morning we all went to church, and had a wonderful service. They fed us breakfast there too, and we had an amazing egg & potato breakfast casserole thing - recipe needed!
Then we had an Easter Egg Hunt with all the kids (grandkids/cousins) - which was all of them, except for Lauryn's 3 kids. Then a turkey dinner, with all the trimmings. YUM! A wonderful family day celebrating our risen Lord!
Vienna - she's 2.5 years old now, and in the crazy-face-smile stage:-)
