EDIT: Last night one of my friends told me something I never knew about red velvet cake...apparently in the World War II era, since there were sugar rations, the ladies used beet juice to sweeten their chocolate cakes, and it turned the cakes red! I thought that was kind of a neat little fact.
who gets the little ones? The weaker youth after the big youth have grabbed the big ones! :)

ReplyDeleteWell, you know, I thought some of the girls might not want a bigger one or whatever...but it was funny. One girl ate 4 large ones, and some of the boys preferred the small ones!
